Please note: if you order the wrong size, you can easily exchange it for the right size.

Finding the correct size online is easy. If you're looking at something from a brand you already wear, get the same size you normally wear in that brand. If you're a medium tee in a particular brand, you'd also be a medium hoodie in the same brand. If you're trying out a new brand for the first time, order the size you are in most other brands. If you like, you can order 2-3 sizes and then send back the ones that didn't fit. If you find something doesn't fit as well as you had hoped, you can always use our returns & exchange policy.

T-Shirt Fits

We list the sizing of most t-shirt brands below. Find your best fitting T-shirt and lay it on a flat surface. Measure the width from armpit to armpit and the length from top to bottom like in the picture and compare to the listed t-shirt brand fits to find the closest size.

Jeans

To work out which size best suits you, first measure around your natural waist just above your hips, keeping the measure comfortably loose. For the leg measurement, measure inside your leg at the crotch to where the jeans hem would sit on your shoe. So for example, if your waist measurement came to 76cms and your leg measurement came to 86cm, you would use the select size drop down menu to highlight 30"x34" long before adding the item to your cart.

Returns

Can I return an order if I've changed my mind?

Of course you can, and we make it super easy too! Find our more information here.
*Please note: due to hygiene reasons, no refunds or exchanges are available on underwear.

Do I need to pay for return shipping?

Return shipping costs are your responsibility. Your order will ship with a sticky return label so you'll only need to re-pack the order and pop it in the post.

How do I return an order?

A pre-printed return form & sticky return shipping label is included with every order. Just write on the return form why you are returning the item, attach the sticky return shipping label to the repackaged item and post it back to us. We will email you the moment it arrives back in our warehouse & we will email you again when your refund has been processed (usually on the same day). Your funds will then show up on your statement within 3-4 business days. Our return policy.

Exchanges

How do I exchange an order?

All exchanges are processed as a new sale and a return. Place and pay for a new order online and send your original order back to us (as above) for a refund.

Cancellations

How do I cancel an order?

Please email us before your order ships and we'll cancel your order. Please note that orders ship fast so you'll need to be quick.

Shipping

Can I pick up my order?

Yes. We're located in Marrickville, Sydney and operate out of the Rushfaster office. Please order and pay online and choose $0 pickup. See us on a map. Please note that you need to wait for an email notifying you that your order is ready to pick up.

How much is shipping?

Australian shipping is free if you order 3 or more items, $4 if you order 2 items and $7.95 if you order 1 item. New Zealand shipping is $9.95 (for any number of items).

When will my order ship?

Your order will ship the next business day after ordering.

Can I track my order?

Yes, You'll receive an email with a tracking number when your order ships.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Australian customers: You will receive your order within 4 business days. New Zealand customers: You should receive your order within 7 business days.

Do you have a store?

No. We choose to be a 100% online company so that we can offer an online experience like no one else. If you're concerned about fit please read our general fit guide or the fit guides on each product. If you wanted to see the product in real life please order online and then send back anything you don't really like. If you're unsure of the fit, order the sizes you want to try on and send the rest back, we're totally happy for you to do this, in fact, we encourage you to.

What currency are your prices in?

Australian Dollars.

Will tax be added to my order?

All prices listed include 10% GST so you will not pay more than the advertised price. If your order ships outside of Australia we will remove the 10% GST from the advertised price. To see the final GST free price, choose your country from the top right hand corner of every page.

Is your website secure?

Yes. Our website is secured via industry standard SSL.

Can I order over the phone?

In order to give you better prices we only offer online ordering. If you're having a problem ordering online, please live chat with us or send us an email and we'll assist you.

Will you match other stores prices?

We will always try our best make sure that you don't have to pay more when you shop with us. In the rare case that our prices are higher than in store, just send us an email and we'll help you out.

I'm experiencing problems when trying to order. What's wrong?

In order to get the correct shopping experience you need to have javascript turned on and cookies enabled. We recommend using Chrome, Safari or Firefox to browse our site. Internet Explorer 7, 8 & 9 will also work however we do not support Internet Explorer 6.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard & PayPal. Please do not pay via PayPal eCheque as this slows the order process by 5 days. Standard PayPal payments are immediate.

What happens if there's a problem with the products when they arrive?

Please just send us an email and we'll sort it out for you. If we're at fault we'll pay all shipping costs and will make everything ok.

Privacy

How safe is my personal information?

Your personal details are very safe with us. We promise to never sell or share your information with anyone else and we don't store or record your credit card details. Here's our full privacy policy.

Do you store my credit card information?

No, we do not store credit card information. We don't even get to see your credit card details if you place your order over the internet.

Do you see my credit card information?

Nope. It goes straight to our payment processor and is not stored or viewed by us.

Fit

How can I tell what size I am?

If you're buying a brand you already own, please check the size you are on those garments. If you're unfamiliar with the sizing of a particular brand please read our fit guides for that brand (on the product page) or our general fit guide. If you're unsure, buy a few sizes and use our returns & exchange policy to return the ones that don't fit.

What if the product doesn't fit correctly?

You can always use our returns & exchange policy to return or exchange any item that doesn't fit.

About SqueakyTee

SqueakyTee launched in September 2008 and is the second online store from online retailer Rushfaster Pty Ltd. We find awesome clothes from Australia and around the world and send them direct to your door in lightning speed.

About Rushfaster Pty Ltd

Rushfaster, initially a Sydney based online bag and accessory retailer, was founded by Daniel Clark and Joseph Vuong in 2004 to fill a gap in the bag market in Australia... cool 'tech-fashion' bags that the stores weren't selling. We got our 'Pty Ltd' shortly after on the 1st September 2004.

A while after we launched rushfaster.com.au we realised that people seemed to like the way we did online retail. And after looking around at the competition, we liked the way we did it too. So we expanded our mission from awesome bags to awesome online retail stores. We now call ourselves a specialist online retailer and we operate three premium online retail stores; Rushfaster.com.au, SqueakyTee.com.au and Kaeho.com.au (we also have a little blog).

Everything we do is based around the word 'awesome'. We sell awesome products, we work with awesome people, we create awesome online stores that give an awesome customer experience and in return we attract awesome customers. This word makes our job easier. If we can't do something in an awesome way, we don't do it. Our Return Policy

You can easily return or exchange anything* you purchase from SqueakyTee, for any reason, within 30 days from purchase.

*Before you return the items just check that the item(s) you are returning are:

In perfect brand new condition
Have swing tags and original packaging intact
Note: Underwear can not be returned/exchanged due to hygiene reasons

We don't accept returns on worn, damaged or otherwise non saleable products. For a couple of extra dollars we recommend that you purchase the registered post option so that if your package goes missing you can track it down. (As you are the sender in this case we do not have the authority to track down the parcel).

How To Exchange Items

3 quick steps to exchange items on your order.

Place and pay for a new order on the website to secure the size/items you are exchanging. This way you are guaranteed to get the item before it gets sold and we can ship it out to you immediately.
Send back the items you are exchanging with the return form (see below for instructions)
When we receive your returned items we will process a refund for them within 48 business hours.

How To Return An Order

3 easy steps to return your order:

Grab the shipping slip that came with your order - there is a pre-addressed sticky return label on it and the return form is also on the back of the slip.
Fill in the return form, securely package up the return items and include the return form in the package. Then attach the sticky return label on the package.
Take it to the post office, for a couple of extra dollars we recommend getting the 'registered post' option over the counter at the post office. This is so that if your package goes missing you can track it down with registered post. (As you are the sender in this case we do not have the authority to track down the parcel).

When your return arrives in our warehouse we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it. We will then refund your order within 48 business hours of receiving it and send you another email to let you know. Your funds will then show up on your statement within 3-4 business days.

Warranty and Faulty Product

How to report a warranty issue to us

4 simple steps:

Check if your product is still under warranty, you can do this by looking at the product on the website.
If it is still under warranty, take a few photos of the faulty item clearly showing the issue.
Send the photos to care@squeakytee.com.au, along with your original order number and a quick description of the issue.
Once we receive your email (with the photos) we will assess the issue and contact you to process the warranty.

My product arrived with a fault

First of all, O M G, how embarrassing for us... and we are very sorry!
Take a few photos of the faulty item clearly showing the issue.
Send the photos to care@squeakytee.com.au, along with your original order number and a quick description of the issue.
Once we receive your email (with the photos) we will assess the issue and contact you to sort it out.

When are products restocked?

It's easy to find out...

Just go to the product that you are after on the website, there is a message just above the "Add to Cart" button, that indicates if the item will or will not be restocked on the store.

Price Matching

For the quickest response please provide the following info in your email...

The name and code of the product.
A direct link to the product on the competing store.
The product price and the shipping price from the competing store.
IMPORTANT: We can only price match from another store if they have the item you want in-stock and they can ship to Australia - please check this is the case.

Do you have a shop? and can I come to it?

We operate purely online and ship your orders out of our warehouse. Even though you can't visit us in person, you can order as many items as you like, try them out at home and then send them back to us for a full refund for the items you don't want to keep. (Please note returned items must be in brand new, unused condition with tags and packaging intact).

My order has not yet arrived

We always try to get your order to you as fast as possible. Please check the dispatch date of your order and if it has been within 4 business days we would recommend waiting at least 1 more day for it to arrive. The dispatch email that you received will also help you track down where your parcel is.

If you order was sent by Courier you can go to the courier's website and track your order. (You will find the site and tracking details on the dispatch email we sent you earlier).

If you order was sent by Express Post you can go to the Australia Post website to track your order. Please don't be alarmed if the tracking says it was delivered and you do not have it, it is likely that it got delivered to your nearest post office if you were not at home to receive the order. You can find out which post office by tracking the order.

Shipping

Free Shipping When You Buy 3 Or More Items

Australian shipping is free if you order 3 or more items, $4 if you order 2 items and $7.95 if you order 1 item. International shipping is $9.95 for New Zealand (for any number of items).

Delivery takes up to 3 Days however most orders are received within 2 days.
Australian orders will be shipped by eParcel & the tracking number will be sent to you on dispatch.
New Zealand orders will be shipped by Pack&Track International & the tracking number will be sent to you on dispatch.

The delivery times provided by SqueakyTee are estimates only. SqueakyTee will not be held accountable for late deliveries or loss or damage relating to late deliveries. In the event that multiple items are ordered, part deliveries may be made where stock is not available. All reasonable attempts to notify you will be made using the details you provided. Please ensure you enter the correct delivery address. SqueakyTee can not be held responsible for incorrectly entered delivery addresses.

Acceptance of the good

All stock is quality checked before shipping. The customer is responsible for inspecting the goods for fault and notifying us within 7 working days of receiving the good should there be a fault.

Warranties

Any warranties offered are those of the manufacturer and not that of SqueakyTee.

Pricing

All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST tax. Prices are subject to change without notice. If an order ships outside of Australia, there may be duties and taxes added by the destination country. It is the customer's responsibility to check how their local customs office charges incoming packages.

Returns

You can return any product to us that arrives faulty however you must do so within 7 days of receipt of your order. Faulty goods will be dealt with as per the manufacturers warranty.

Returns must be in new condition unless faulty. We reserve the right to not accept any returns where the products are not in new, unused condition. Products sent for return that are not in new condition can be sent back at the customers expense.

Order cancellations

If notified before goods have been dispatched, SqueakyTee can accommodate order cancellations. If items have been already shipped, the customer may return the items when they receive them.

SqueakyTee respects your right to privacy. SqueakyTee takes all reasonable care when transferring and storing your details.

Collection Of Information

SqueakyTee only collects the information it needs to conduct their business. SqueakyTee may use your details to contact you regarding your order for reasons such as, but not limited to, failed credit card transactions, incomplete order information, stock availability.
