Why would I buy from you?We've probably got a larger range of really good t-shirts than in your local store and we can ship them to you really fast. Plus, you earn loyalty points for every t-shirt you buy and for every friend you tell. Awesome! Do you have a store?Nup! SqueakyTee is 100% online, so you can shop whenever and from wherever you want. If you're in Sydney, you can order online and select 'pickup' to pick up from our headquarters. Whenever we make a decision we always consider the impact it will have on the environment. Here are some decisions we've made that help reduce waste:
If you know of a way we can improve what we're doing, we'd be happy to hear about it. OrderingDo you have a store?Nup! SqueakyTee is 100% online, so you can shop whenever and from wherever you want. If you're in Sydney, you can order online and select 'pickup' to pick up from our headquarters. Unfortunately we're not set up for browsing or trying shirts on. If you need to know what size you are you can use our t-shirt fit finder. Is your website secure?Yes. Your credit card details are processed securely via 128 bit SSL encryption. We use Verisign, a respected multinational credit card processing company to charge your card. SqueakyTee.com.au does not store your credit card information. Can I order over the phone?Not really. If you're having trouble placing an order online we can help you out but we don't officially take telephone orders. Can I cancel an order? How?Yes you can cancel your order if it has not yet shipped out. To cancel your order immediately please contact us. Orders are processed very quickly, so to avoid your order being shipped prior to your cancellation, we recommend that you call us instead of emailing us. If your order has already been shipped out, don't worry, you can still return it for a refund. Are your stock levels correct?Our stock levels are 99.9% correct, so you can be sure that your order will go through just fine most of the time. However on the off chance that the product you ordered is not in stock we will contact you immediately to let you know... please be gentle with us. Can I pick up my order?Yes, you can pick up your order from our Sydney headquarters. Please note that we're not set up for browsing or trying shirts on... sorry. What currency are your prices?All prices are in Australian dollars and include a 10% goods and service tax (GST). Will tax be added to my order?Nup! All prices shown already include the goods and services tax (GST). How safe is my personal information?Your personal details are very safe with us. We promise to never sell or share your information with anyone else. It's also unethical to give away your personal details, so we would never do that. Here's our full privacy policy Do you store my credit card details?No, we do not store credit card information. We don't even get to see your credit card details if you place your order over the internet on our secure webstore. Why is my cart empty even though I've added items?Our shopping cart might not be working on your browser because you do not have 'cookies' enabled. Try going to your browser settings and enabling your cookies or at least relax the cookie security setting down one notch. What type of payments do you accept?We accept VISA, MasterCard, Direct Deposit & PayPal. Will I earn loyalty points on my order?Yes. We will add loyalty points to your account after every order. You can then use these points to help pay for future orders. ProductsDo you have products in stock?Unlike other stores, we do not sell a product unless we have it. Sizes that are not in stock will be crossed out and you will not be able to purchase them. So, if you can buy it... that means it's in stock. What is the quality like?We only sell the real thing. That means the quality of your shirt will be exactly the same as the ones in stores. Returns & ExchangesCan I return stuff if I don't like it?
Yes, you can return anything you buy from us anytime up to 14 days from purchase and you don't even need a reason for it. Of course it has to be in brand new condition with swing tag attached and neatly folded in it's original packaging. Just fill out the shipping slip that was attached to your package and send it to us for a refund. Exchanges can be made free (within Australia) of any additional shipping costs (once per order). What happens if a shirt is faulty?If an item arrives and it is in some way faulty we will cover all shipping expenses to provide you with a new shirt. Don't worry, this hardly ever happens, but if it does we'll look after you. Please contact us and we'll help you out with a replacement. Can I exchange an order?All exchanges are processed as a new sale and a return. Size exchanges can be made free of any additional shipping costs. If you need to exchange an item because it's the wrong size, please contact us and we'll create a new order over the phone. When your new order arrives it will include a pre-paid satchel for you to send your t-shirt back to us (Only within Australia). When we receive your original order back we will refund it to your credit card. If you need to exchange an item because you've changed your mind about the style, please contact us and we'll create a new order over the phone. You won't have to pay for the new order to be shipped to you, however you will need to pay for the shirt you're sending back to us. Shouldn't be too much more than $5. When we receive your original order back we will refund it to your credit card. Please note: We only will pay the postage for an exchange once per order. In the unlikely event you exchange an order and then refund the exchange order, we will take our shipping costs out of the refund. If you need to exchange an order for a second time we will need to charge you for shipping. International customers will also enjoy free shipping to you on exchanges but you will have to send the original items back at your expense. Shipping - AustraliaWhen will my order ship?Orders placed before 3pm on a business day will generally ship that day. We'll send you an email when it leaves our warehouse. We ship every business day. Where will my item ship from?Your order will ship from Sydney, Australia. How much is shipping?Shipping is FREE for 3 shirts, $3 for 2 shirts and $6.95 for 1 shirt. Can I track my order?If you ship your order to a work address we'll send your order by StarTrack Express couriers and it will be fully trackable online. We'll send you your tracking number when your order ships. Residential orders ship via Express Post so they will arrive quickly and probably won't need to be traced. We will send you the express post number when your order ships. You can use this number to enquire about your package with Australia Post however it is not a courier service with online tracking. What delivery service do you use?Orders to residential addresses are sent via Express Post. Work addresses are sent via StarTrack Express couriers. We recommend shipping to your work address for faster shipping & online tracking. How long will it take to receive my order?If you're in a capital city you should generally receive your order within 3 business days. Regional areas can take up to 5 business days. Shipping - InternationalDo you ship outside Australia?Yes! Shipping costs are listed on the product page and it's a fixed shipping price for any number of shirts, so feel free to order a whole bunch of tees. If your country is not listed on the page then unfortunately we do not deliver there as yet but feel free to send us an email about adding your country. What method do you use to ship internationally?We use registered Air Mail. It's very affordable, reasonably fast, pretty secure and provides proof of delivery. When will my order ship?Your order will ship within 24hrs of you placing the order. We're not lying down here. Can I track my order?No. But we can see proof of delivery. How long will it take to receive my order?International shipping takes about 4-10 business days. Are duties payable upon entry to my country?Duties may be payable by you upon entry to your country, these are out of our control.
